Honey Eggnog ... Holiday Treat

Perfect for the upcoming holidays that is one of our families favorites. This treat is great for the family gathering that add old world traditions.
YIELD: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 Tablespoon egg lightly beaten
- 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Huckle Bee Farms Honey
- pinch ground cinnamon
- pinch ground nutmeg
- pinch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 oz. rum flavoring
- 2 Tablespoons Whipped topping
In small saucepan, combine milk, egg, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and rum flavoring. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with whipped topping, as desired.
