  How is natural honey harvested: the fun sticky times?

  In the Summer months we are busy harvesting pure sweet honey.   We gather honey in the month of June and late August.  The honey harvest always feels like the last leg of a marathon, when we test our endurance.  The heavy honey supers (the beehive boxes full of honey) test our strength.
