A little about our passion

From a microscope under the tree to a farm in Pennsylvania.

Jim's fascination with honeybees started the Christmas Santa brought him a microscope with slides of different bee parts. Years of helping on a neighbor's farm later, Huckle Bee Farms opened in 2012.

If you have a bottle of Huckle Bee Farms honey, it was poured by Rasi. She perfects the recipes and is involved in every step of bottling. Raw honey is infused with real fruits and vegetables for natural flavor, then bottled fresh on demand, never from a warehouse shelf.

Infused honey is raw honey with organic fruits, vegetables or spices soaked in it, so the natural flavor moves into the honey. No artificial flavors, no additives, and never pasteurized.

No. Honey does not spoil. If it crystallizes, that is natural for raw honey. Set the bottle in warm water and it returns to liquid.

Every order is bottled on demand, so orders ship within 5 to 14 business days and then take about 5 to 7 days to arrive. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves the farm. We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $38.

Processed honey is heated and filtered, which strips out pollen and enzymes. Our honey is raw: strained, never heated above hive temperature, so it keeps what the bees put in.
